AtWater Tavern is a higher end restaurant that opened in San Francisco in 2016, celebrating local fare with a focus on quality meat and seafood. Taking inspiration from old San Francisco—the piers, the port, and industrial architecture—I wanted to create something that felt authentic to the city and like it had been there for a long time.
